With a solid background in strategic and technological consulting, she has been part of executive committees since 1999, accumulating 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles within complex organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, KPMG, BIP, as well as in tech startups, where she has served as CEO of Exaccta and Appogeo Digital.
She has led teams of over 5,000 people and has been responsible for managing key relationships with clients and senior executives of major companies. Her responsibilities include defining and implementing business strategies, talent development, driving cultural change processes, and implementing innovative technological solutions, such as mobility and artificial intelligence, as well as consolidating tech startups.
Throughout her career, she has gained a deep understanding of the responsibilities, challenges, and pressures faced by business leaders, both from the perspective of a CEO and in other senior management roles. Her experience spans both male and female leadership, having lived through and understood the significant differences between these leadership styles.
She has also undergone a profound personal transformation process, a deconstruction and reconstruction that has allowed her to find her authenticity.
