Defeating Limiting Beliefs

This is not about complex growth processes or systems thinking.

It is only about recognizing ourselves, knowing that we are not alone and, together, moving forward.

Verbalize

Limiting beliefs begin to lose their power when we become fully aware that they exist. Verbalizing them is the first step.

SHARE

When we see that we all suffer from the same limitations, the power of individualized guilt disappears.

BELIEVE

If women referents who have won over their beliefs open their experience to us, the last barrier disappears: yes, it can be done.
